DAN UNGER
Dan's first album is finally coming out! SOJOURN is a collection of skillfully rendered original material that Dan has penned over the years, tales of love.
Unger has crafted original songs with a rich and unique calligraphy. The flow of his music is conversational, sensitive, evocative, introspective, meditative,
inspiring peace, joy, humility, silence and rest. At times, you may even find yourself smiling as if you were listening to a heart-warming story... Stories
of deep humanity, friendships, family, travels, nature and dreams.
And SOJOURN is just that: Unger is a story-teller, a traveler, a modern-day sojourner who has covered tens of thousands of miles with
wife and lifelong travel companion Dorothy, in support of friends and family members in need. They both enjoy living a simple life, which Dan tells us about
in "The Still and Small."
Inspired over the years by the likes of Cockburn and Keaggy, Dan's creativity is however uniquely his. The whole album can be listened to seamlessly and no
doubt introduces one of Canada's most promising acoustic guitar player. SOJOURN is his first release.
